Our prices are per person and include breakfast. The room price includes the daily use of the Viva Vital & Medical SPA with sauna and Aurorabad, mineral water at Viva Vital SPA and a bath rope. The room price does not include the local tax of Bad Schandau that is to be paid on the spot.

Group rates are available upon request and subject to availability for groups of at least 21 people. They refer to the category Atrium. If hotel rooms in this category are no longer available, a premium will be added to the group rate (according to the current pricelist).

Reduced room rates apply in conjunction with conferences and meetings of at least 10 people in the categories of Facing Market/Elbgasse and Elb view.
